The Patrick County Chamber of Commerce will host a Ribbon Cutting on Friday, December 11th, 12:30 PM, to welcome The Hatteras Pearl to Stuart, Virginia.  The Hatteras Pearl is located at 109 North Main Street in Stuart, VA.  The Hatteras Pearl will offer handcrafted, upcycled, and one of a kind pieces, repurposed and repainted furniture - shabby chic, vintage and rustic home decor, Sensty and Thirty-One Consultants, and others! The new business is owned by Amber Huffman.
