Position: Director of Patient Services – 2 positions available – Full Time
Office Location: Stuart, VA; Yadkinville, NC
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, Administrative call rotation required
Qualifications: RN, BSN, minimum 3 years Hospice Experience, the Director of Patient Services is a member of the senior management team who ensures appropriate delivery of patient services and compliance with the Conditions of Participation of the Medicare Hospice Benefit, State Hospice regulations and ACHC guidelines. In addition, this position achieves and maintains competency in several areas: quality care and service, staffing, leadership, census, and cost control.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation at the local office, including: employment of qualified Hospice personnel and provision of Hospice services, delegation and coordination of Hospice personnel evaluations. Establish and maintain standards of high quality care and customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Will assist the administrative assistant with scheduling duties. Must show an ability to organize and prioritize work. Must work collaboratively with the other members of the interdisciplinary team, including volunteers and exhibit flexibility as the facility grows to full census and full staff. Must have a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
