Patrick County High Celebrates Building Improvements With Ribbon Cutting

Patrick County High School celebrated the upgrades and improvements to the building with a ribbon cutting ceremony on December 8, 2011 at the new entrance.

Pictured left to right: Annie Hylton, Board Member, Dr. Roger Morris, Superintendent, Moriah Dollarhite, Principal, Bobby Mangrum, Board Member, Ronnie Terry, Board Member and Bobby Rorrer, Board Member. Remarks were made by School Board President, Bobby Rorrer, Supt. Morris and Principal Dollarhite. Richard Rogers, News Reporter for WHEO, was on hand to record these comments. The ribbon cutting was administered by Tom Bishop, Executive Director of the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce. A reception was held in the new 2nd floor conference room with snacks prepared by the High School Culinary Students. High School cheerleaders gave tours of the new Culinary Arts classroom, Computer lab, and the Band Room.
