December 31, 2011 Festivities begin with a hosted wine and Champagne reception and canapés beginning at 7:45 pm. At 8:30 pm the band begins playing and our sumptuous dine-around opens with seating in elements. A dessert buffet follows as the band picks up the tempo with dancing in the Great Hall. And, we'll celebrate the New Year at midnight with a Champagne Toast.
