Vote counts are: Stanley, 23,662 or 46.8% Reynolds, 23043, or 45.6% Jeff Evans, 3835, or 7.5% This is according the the State web site tracking election results on night of Nov. 8, 2011. Approx. 10:50pm As of Nov. 11, Senator Roscoe Reynolds conceded the victory to Mr. Stanley.
