Dr. Roger Morris. Performance awards of $5000 will be provided to full time teachers at the schools who teach grades 4-7 and earn exemplary ratings. Average awards of $3000 will be provided to itinerate teachers - those who teach there as well as at other schools-who earn exemplary ratings.
