The Stuart Rotary Club, held a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the remodeling and additions to the Rotary Memorial Building on Woodland Drive on the evening of July 18, 2011.

Included in the picture are: Alex Wilkins, Current Rotary President, in the front row center cutting the ribbon. Along with Alex on the front row are Rotary officers, and on the far left is Del. Ward Armstrong. On the right front row is Miss Virginia Peach 2010, Amanda McIntyre. This was a special evening with Rotary Hosting a Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours on the same evening as their Ribbon Cutting ceremony, opening the remodeled larger auditorium building. The new and added features include the addition of new restrooms, Ticket and Concession Rooms, Conference Room, redecorated walls, new entrance and more. This is a beautiful improvement to a building highly used for the Patrick County Music Association monthly jamborees and the Annual County Fair. Photo by: Tom Bishop
