National College’s Martinsville Campus to Hold Spring Career Fair.
This free event is open to the public as well as area employers
MARTINSVILLE–The Martinsville Campus of National College (www.national-college.edu; 276-632-5621), located at 905 N. Memorial Boulevard, will host its spring career fair on Thursday, April 21, from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
“Our career fairs are always popular as a way for employers to find the best available talent,� said Campus Director John Scott. “Despite the economy, there are companies that are hiring people with the right skills, qualifications, and attitude.�
Participating employers include: AmeriStaff , Boom Foods, Carilion Clinic, Citizens Against Family Violence, Dependable Home Health Care, LLC, Fas Mart, Financial Destination, Inc., Franklin Health & Rehabilitation Center, Layne’s Pharmacy, Lowe’s, Martinsville City Police, Memorial Hospital of Martinsville & Henry Co., Mary Kay, Nilit, nTelos, Pioneer Community Hospital, Pioneer Family Medical Center, PrivaCare, Results Companies, RJE Telecom, LLC, Team Nurse, Usborne Books & More, Virginia Employment Commission, Virginia State Police, WAKG & WBTM (Piedmont Broadcasting Corporation), and West Piedmont Business Development Center. Additional employers may also be added.
National College’s Martinsville Campus has been serving Southside Virginia since 1978 and offers a variety of programs in health care, business, and information technology at the diploma and associate degree levels.
