The 3rd Annual Senior Symposium is planned for the National Guard Armory on Commonwealth Boulevard, Martinsville, VA for Thursday, March 24, 2011

Presentations include; "Charting the Course of Your Financial Future", 9am, by Phil and Rayetta Webb of Wells Fargo "You're A Real Treasurer" at 9:30am, by Patricia Crissman, representing Patrick County Senior Citizens. "Walking The Plank: Getting The Most from your Doctor's Visit" at 10:00am by Faye Sedwick, RN, MSN, "Protecting Your Booty: Being A Savvy Consumer" 10:40am by Julie Wheeler, of the Better Business Bureau "Shriver Me Timbers: Tips For Healthy Aging" at 11:10am by Denise Scruggs. Various organizations, businesses and nonprofits in the area will have tables iof information, including the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce.
