According to news report on WHEO 1270AM today, Patrick County Treasurer Carolyn Tatum will not run for re-election in 2011.

Patrick County Treasurer Carolyn Tatum announced today she will not seek re-election and will retire at the end of her current term, Dec. 31, 2011. Tatum is a veteran of nearly 30 years of service to Patrick County, including 3 terms as Treasurer. She looks forward to spending time with her family. I thank Mrs. Tatum for her long and distinguished years of service and wish her well in her retirement.
