OSPTs Masquerade Ball, Saturday, October 25, 2025, 6:00 pm - 10 p.m. A variety of refreshment’s and drinks/punch as well as prizes for costumes , photos, music, dance and more! Location is at the Spencer Penn Center at Spencer VA, age limit 13+ (if ages 13-18, parents MUST keep a check on them). You must have a ticket to receive your special invitation at the check-in table and that puts you in the drawing for door prizes .
