ServSafe 2-Day Food Protection Manager Certification and Exam. Course/Exam held at Patrick and Henry Community College, Stuart campus. 2-day classes are Monday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm. Cost - $160 per person. Fee includes instructor led class, textbook, exam, and 5-year certification with passing score. Pre-registration is required.
