We are so excited that once again we will be presenting the Chamber Christmas Bonus. This year we are also expanding our contest to Fire and Rescue volunteers. Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce has been granted a fund to give 10 hardworking Patrick County citizens a $500 Christmas bonus.
We are so excited that once again we will be presenting the Chamber Christmas Bonus. This year we are also expanding our contest to Fire and Rescue volunteers. Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce has been granted a fund to give 10 hardworking Patrick County citizens a $500 Christmas bonus. A random drawing will be held to pick the winners. In order to be eligible for the drawing entries must have worked for a company for at least three years and make $40,000 or less, and meet the following criteria.
1. Be a Patrick County citizen.
2. Have worked for a Patrick County organization, business, or county department for a minimum of 28 hours per week for 3 years or more or be an active member of a local Fire or Rescue Dept. for 3 years.
3. Make $40,000 per year or less.
4. No more than 20 entries per organization, business, or county department.
5. Entries must be made through the Chamber of Commerce website.
6. Only one winner per organization, business, or county department.
7. Business owners are not eligible.
The validity of all entries will be the responsibility of the company submitting the entry and will not be the obligation of the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce to verify. The contest will begin on December 1, 2016 and all entries must be received no later than 5:00pm on December 14, 2016. A random drawing will be held on or before December 15, 2016. Winners will be notified through the company or organization submitting the entry and checks will be delivered during work hours.
